Cure and Revitalize the Earth

Site & Soil Remediation

Urbanization and industrialization have led to the contamination of many sites with petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy metals, pesticides, organic solvents, or other toxic pollutants. This will subsequently pollute soil, groundwater, and surface water, posing high risks to humans, livestock, marine life, and crops.

We process years of practical experience in remediating challenging contaminated soil and site using our state-of-the-art reagents, systems, and processes. The treated soil can be restored into its original and fertile state, leaving our children a sustainable environment.

Marine Clay and Sediment

Dredging activities unearth marine clay or sediment in water bodies. The clay-like material has high water content, high plasticity, fine particle size, and poor geotechnical properties, and thus is tough to handle and reuse. Sometimes the material may be contaminated with heavy metals or other pollutants.

ZA’s proprietary SIL process was developed specifically to treat clay-like wastes. Using our proprietary ZA-H reagent,

The SIL process chemically transforms soft clay into rigid artificial aggregates that can be used for road subbase, land reclamation, and backfilling. Furthermore, ZA-H stabilizes and encapsulates the pollutants in the soft clay to ensure high environmental safety.

Site Investigation & Assessment

We conduct complete set of site assessments including geophysical and geotechnical study of contaminated sites, sampling and laboratory analysis of soil and groundwater, monitoring of water bodies and air, environmental risk assessment, and project feasibility study. With the thorough site evaluation, stakeholders have a better understanding of the site contamination level and the associated risks, so that they can make informed decisions on remediation strategy.
